Question:
My automatic action does not seem to be running each time an event occurrs.
Answer:
Check to see if Event Throttling or Rollup are enabled for the event. If so,
disable them. With rollup enabled, an Automatic Action will only run if all
previous occurrances of the event have been acknowledged.
